Terms & Conditions — 8765bd Platform Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding agreement between you and 8765bd governing all use of the platform, including sports betting, casino games, account management, and financial transactions. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.
CLAUSE 2.2
Geographic Eligibility

Account Registration and Security

Any funds held in an account closed for information inaccuracy may be withheld pending investigation.
One Account Policy
Operating more than one account on 8765bd, whether under the same name, a different name, or using different payment methods to obscure the connection, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed. Balances in secondary accounts are subject to forfeiture. Any winnings derived from the operation of multiple accounts will be voided.

CLAUSE 4.2 — WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of submission for bKash and Nagad, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. CLAUSE 4.3 — VERIFICATION HOLDS
Identity and Source of Funds
8765bd applies standard anti-money-laundering (AML) controls to all withdrawal requests. Betting and Gaming Rules

Error and Technical Fault Policy

Bonus Validity and Expiry

The player's real-money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
Bonus Abuse and Restriction

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

- Attempting to access or probe the technical infrastructure of the 8765bd platform beyond what is accessible through normal user interfaces;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8765bd support staff or other players via any communication channel.
8765bd monitors all account activity using a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review. Unusual patterns of play, deposit behaviour, or withdrawal requests may trigger a review. During a review, access to certain account functions — including withdrawal processing — may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review.
Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Closure

Before closure is processed, any outstanding verified balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method. 8765bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; detection of fraudulent activity or attempted fraud; failure to satisfy identity or source-of-funds verification requests within the required timeframe; use of the platform by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age; or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
Effect of Closure on Balances
Where an account is closed by 8765bd due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining real-money balance will depend on the nature of the breach. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or deliberate exploitation of the platform, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited. Where the breach is less severe and does not involve fraud, 8765bd will use reasonable endeavours to return verified real-money balances to the player's registered payment method after the investigation period.
Self-Exclusion Requests
Players who wish to exclude themselves from 8765bd for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
